Hi there,

 I receive  the phone call from Korea and the lady is talking in mandarin, so I think she understands the issue.

You could see in the picture, my finger is pointing the problem part. This zip is deformed and can't zip down. I could not wear this dress unless the zip is pull down to what is designed.

I would take it to local tailor shop and seek for solution.

The dress is an expensive item, maybe the most pricey one I bought from your website. I am disappointed with the quality although I'm happy with most of my purchases.
